STEP 1. Have a seat, relax, and enjoy a drink while one of our servers explains the Brasa dining experience.
STEP 2. Visit our gourment salad bar. Enjoy over 70 hot and cold buffet items including fresh vegetables, imported cheeses, salads, artisan breads, cured meats, and Brazilian side dishes.
STEP 3. Once you are ready, turn your disc green side up, signaling the gauchos to begin table side service.
STEP 4. Choose from 12 cuts of succulent fire-roasted meats that are carved at your table by our gauchos.
STEP 5. When you are satisfied, flip the disc to the red side (signaling a resting point) until you are ready for more fire-roasted meats.
STEP 6. If you have room, be sure to end your meal with sliced pineapple or another delicious dessert.
