Nestled inside the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites, Brasa showcases the flavours and cultural flair of Brazil. Following a centuries-old tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they’re ready for these sizzling skewers: green means “More, please!” and red means “I’ve had enough, for now.” Eat as much as you want at your own pace.

Brasa Carnival New Year's Eve 2024!
It's a Brazilian party! Enjoy live Latin music and samba dancers from 6:00pm to midnight. Late night dancing and samba lessons with DJ Jimmy Sauve from midnight to 3:00am. Please note tables are reserved for 90-minute seating times.
